As a Senior Naval Architect and Marine Engineer with over 11 years of experience, I have specialized in designing, analyzing, and optimizing marine structures for various applications, interacting with all other engineering branches to find the best holistic solution. Thanks to my advanced education in FEA and structures, I have always been the lead of advanced structural calculations and simulations in each organization I have worked for.
In the past four years, I have established myself as a Project Manager in my company, taking care of the project lifecycle from the offer phase up to the installation support. I have been supporting the Sales team since January 2023, and since January 2024 I have been the Business Developer Representative of our engineering branch, especially focusing on the Italian and Spanish markets.
I was also awarded the “member in the spotlight” by SNAME for January 2024.
Since October 2024 I am a Senior Scientist at Hitachi Energy, focusing on engineering simulations and offshore wind applications.
As one of my mentors once told me, my motto is “Don’t come to me with a problem. Come to me with a solution”!
